Need the ability to hide ".00" decimal for stationing using the trailing zeros setting. For example, station 100+00.00 would label 100+00. This is available for point offset and I've attached a screenshot of the settings needed.

Could you elaborate on why this would be helpful? Wouldn't removing the decimals change the number of significant figures and tolerance of the measurement?
For example, if there are no trailing zeros for a label of "1 ft," it implies a measurement between 0.5 ft to 1.4 ft is acceptable. If there are trailing zeros in the label for "1.00" ft, it implies that a measurement between 0.95 ft to 1.04 is acceptable.
