In railway engineering, there is a growing demand for positioning of the tongue in turnouts.
The proposal is to introduce a new point in the Feature Definition of turnouts, making it possible to specify the distance from point .1 to the Tongue. Subsequently, the Tongue point would be incorporated into the property set of the turnout, alongside points Theoretical .1, 1, .2, and .3 so it is possible to annotate this point with an Element Annotation.

Great idea to intruduce the tib of blade (tounge), But the point must be intrudoce in a way to no-disturb the current turnout library. otherwise would be too much to work for updating all laibraries.
