I believe that many Bentley users would concur that the present model for addressing identified defects does not appear to conform to industry standards in software development. A number of comparable developers employ the strategy of releasing intermediate service packs in addition to deploying major software releases. This approach would grant us early access to crucial fixes and potentially offer a solution to challenges encountered in the QA process.
