Ability in surface creation to move backward. For instance, proposed top mesh for retaining walls will never be correct, because the coping and barrier wall being outside of the wall requires the surface to move in the opposite direction. This can currently be mitigated but not fixed

This may have been added in latest ORD, but not sure (it was definitely an issue with SS10. )
