When using Grips for Structures and Pipes - the grip blends too much into the background color, and on a 4K screen is TINY.

The pipe grip is annoying to select (it only appears when I select the centerline of the pipe) but when adjusting or swaping inlets(structures) the pipes get connected to the incorrect location [Rectangular structures behave this way] and we have multiple entities around that center line.

The usability to grip edtting in plan or profile (why do structure inverts snap to zero easier than snap to lower pipe inverts?)

The behavior is exposed in Civil Preferences - but it's inconsistent. I can blow up the size of both Text and Grip but their behavior in profile changes too much. [With 2x size and 2x text - I only get one slope to edit and its not selectable - so I am out of luck in editing]
