It's very hard and troublesome to create elevation countours for cut and fill or layer thickness.

The legends values have to be updated by hand for each new terrain. And in the end, it`s actually just a Display Style applied to the terrain or the whole model instead of a quick tool/definition specific to each terrain.

Plaxis Designer has it so much easier..

A way for it to be closer to Plaxis Designer would be for it to be an additional Calculated Feature of the terrain, just as the other countours, flow lines, triangles, ... This way we could create specific element templates, quickly change a surface reference for thickness in the properties (no need for a delta terrain), change the display/legend individually and considering elevations only from it and not the whole model (the display style returns the elevation range from all the elements in the model)....

Really, just check out how Plaxis Designer does it. It`s worlds apart from what we have.
