The Element Annotation is incredibly powerful (and fast) but the lack of ability to move the leader (as you can with the civil labeler) is a critical issue. Please add the ability to "stick" or snap the line to the text when the text is moved. The super efficiency of the element annotation is wasted without this ability. Thank you so much!
