A configuration variable (or dgnlib setting), to control the 'Location' setting of Annotation Text is desired. Images of the setting included.

Currently the Location setting for annotation text can be set to Default, Relative or Fixed; Default is the base-default and Relative becomes the default after moving the text. If the base-default could be set to Fixed, or if after moving text it would automatically change to a Fixed position instead of Relative, this change would save our engineers a good amount of time and headaches.

When our users annotate a profile they generally move the Annotation Text after it gets automatically placed by the annotation tool. The 'Location' of the text is set to "Default" by default, but it will automatically change to "Relative" after being moved. We are currently having to change the 'Location' setting to "Fixed" in the properties menu by hand each time we have to move text.
