Civil Cells are often difficult to create due to it's use of parent-child relationships. I find it easier to create what I'm looking for by using constraints and variables for Parametric Cells. I think most Parametric Cells act similar to how a Civil Cell could act, it's just the methods are different. It would be cool if there was a tool that could take a parametric cell, understand how it's constrained and how its variables change it, and convert it into geometry elements that utilize parent child relationships to act the same as the parametric cell.
