I submitted a ticket (My Request - CS0126075) and clarified what I want:
Me: " What I would really like is the flow arrows to be centered on each chord, just as it is for the single line."
Response: "there is no such option available, for the complex, we can't place the slope arrow at the center of each segment.This could be an enhancement request I request you post this in our Idea portal and our development team will look into it further"
