Add option for suffix (pos and neg) to Slope Format

In format options for slope annotation we can define prefix for positive and negative values.

please add the option to add a suffix.

This would allow to annotate for example XS Slopes like so:
<2.0% this way or 2.0%> the other way

    Surprising how many engineers and PhD H&H engineers I work with that don't understand negative vs positive slopes are just direction. Until they are informed at least...

    But it does make more sense to show either the <> symbols or even be able to add other characters from the available sets (◄ ► {ALT-17 & 16}, ← → {ALT-27 & 26}, etc.)
