In the 2023 release, you can choose whether you want to 'construction' length of a conduit to be used, or the 'centre to centre' length. If you choose to use the 'construction' length, then the 'Length (Unified)' property is set to the construction length.
The unified lenght uses the conduit lenght from node center to node center.
Some times we use nodes with large dimensions, like 10-15m.For cases like thatf it, if it sums the unified, we end up with a Total Length way bigger than the real one.
I had a case with a really special node structure with many connections where the difference between to total construction lenght (summed using a flex table) to the shown in the conduit inventory was bigger than 200m.
