A column on drilled shafts can have different fixity locations for different load cases. Suggest allowing analysis of the same bridge with different fixities rather then needing to create multiple models with varying fixities for simplicity.

In format options for slope annotation we can define prefix for positive and negative values. please add the option to add a suffix. This would allow to annotate for example XS Slopes like so: <2.0% this way or 2.0%> the other way
