Allow for an elevation exaggeration in the 3d view/model

Letting users increase and decrease an exaggeration of the elevation data can help visualize drawings when looking from the side or angles.

After creating the delta surface, we could not determine the location of minimum vertical clearance. We tried the analyze surface tool and it showed us coordinates of the min/max locations. However, the locations were outside of the delta surface....

Need ability to define variable wall thickness on conduits

Parent -child relationship for polygon elements.

Drainage Structure Analyzer

Please include a tool similar to the Drainage Structure Analyzer from Inroads Storm and Sanitary. This tool is very useful for quick sizing without having to set up a model, especially with culverts and channels.
