Allow rename of Bearings

Users should be allowed rename the Bearing group names and the individual bearings in a group.

Modeling horizontal bracing for steel girder bridge

I believe OpenBridge modeler missing function to place horizontal bracing between girders (angle or CHS member) CHS preferable.
