Option to Manually attach profile view to sheets

We have had several profiles views disappear from our sheets and have had to recut the sheet. Would be nice to be able to manually attach the profile back to the sheet.

Add or Update Dimension Styles Capabilities in SignCAD

Add/Update the dimensioning tools in SignCAD to align with ORD's DimensionStyles toolbox. This will reduce post-processing (as in re-doing the dimensions and info blurb to match arrow styles) after placing the sign.sgn in ORD.

We need the ability to label the start and stop stations of a profile drawing model after the model is created.

Currently, the start and stop station text favorite values only exist at creation and are persisted to the drawing model. Therefore, they are not available after the drawing models are created.
